CANCELLATION & REFUND: The customers can cancel their Expression of Interest (EOI) or booking, by writing an email to info@nivaragroup.com (along with necessary supporting documents for any payments made) after which, the refund amount will be processed and credited to the original payee within 60 working days from the date of request for cancellation.
